I was recently at TheNextWeb in Amsterdam giving a talk on how technology is changing human behavior, and how companies need to evolve to win.
The conference was excellent, big, and energizing. I had a bunch of good conversations that expanded on an initial post on this topic of tech + human behavior + cx.
