The goal of this post was to cover some of the growth principles that I've used at HubSpot to hire for the past few years, and to expand on some thoughts about what has worked for us and will hopefully work well in HubSpot's new Singapore presence, too. I think that hiring for "culture first" has been a big part of our success in Cambridge, Portsmouth, Dublin, and Sydney - and I'm psyched to be a part of building that same type of team in Singapore.
